cant connect to epicscape any 1 help me

for some reson my client wont load or my webclient they just turn black any 1 help ???

I cant download the client it says that error while downloading cache HELP!!!! >:(

My dropbox account is disabled cause of to many traphic, please wait a few days, then it will gey enabled again
