EpicScape is back on lagg is gone

so, there where problems with VPS the company where I buyed it moved it and changed some stuff, its back online now: here's an email i recieved:
Hi Rudie,

Your vm is currently on a san that is syncing which is almost complete now. This is the reason why you are seeing the lags. Once the syncing has completed, you will notice normal service again. I have also moved your vps onto a different hypervisor which may help at this stage. Your vps is currently loading which will take about 5 mins.
