Well, Earlier today our admin Rapiid was buying a Runescape account from Pkelemental I found them randomly when I was doing random teleports and I stumbled upon them and Pkelemental said "offer?" so I said "whats offer supposed to mean" and Rapiid said "nothing" after staying there with them I found out that "Offer?" was meaning Rapiid offer on the account? Then I said "Rapiid do you have permission to be buying a account?" and he said "Yes Rudie said I could" and I asked Willem if he had permission to be buying a Runescape account and he said "no." before I could tell him he didn't he said "dont go and bit** to Willem" (obliviously that means he doesn't have permission) so I waited a while to tell Willem that Rapiid bought a Runescape account (mainly because I didn't want Rapiid to think I told).
After I told Willem i guess he said something to Rapiid and then he said (look at the picture below)

Administrators shouldn't be doing things and trying to hide it from the Owners. That just shows that you can't trust them, and they should be demoted. Although, we'll leave it to Rudie since Rapiid claims Rudie said it was ok.
