Server offline? Read some info!

Ok the server is off.
why?
it keeps dropping the connections wich took 10-15 mins each time it got disconnected, in the mean while there is nothing I can do cause I cant connect to it.. anyways I sended a mail to the VPS company and asked for help, plz be patient.
