why are you doing this rudie like you DEMOTED  cookie like me and cookie nare the oldest players on server i now that im nver on wen ur on but im 12 hour difference like i cant help it its not like i wanna be up tll 5 in mornin w8 for everyone like i relly wanna be on wen u guys r on but u dnt now how hard it is wen there is a time diff i still think me and cookie need mod and i think soul split derserves too like atm i dnt wanna play on server becz of players direspecting  like i think we need 3 mods 2 admin 1 co owner and you and willem and rudie as owners like wat was it like yesterday u said to me that ill be staying mod for a while and that i was nice to talk to like i hav like 5-8 players looking up to me wat do u think they will do if i get DEMOTED soo really rethink this or im quiting

Format8, Your a good moderator but the staff should be as followed, from my experiance I know that servers should have:

2 Owners

1 Co Owner

1 Head Admin

3 Admins

1 Head mod

5 Mods

1 Developer

Agreed with everything however I live 1 hour behind rudie and I play for around 13 hours, I even sometimes play for 23 hours + staying up all night, helping players etc.

I think that Format and Cookie should keep there position's as Mod because things happen and they aren't always able to be on, and Format is right not everyone in the world has the same time. so when some people are on other people can't be. I'm willing to be demoted for it. I wouldn't really want to be Demoted but they both deserve it more than me.

I think they should keep it plus the two mods atm, after all the server needs 5 mods max 3 admins max 2 owners max 1 co owner max
