Banned?!?

Hey everyone,

first of all, i really like this game.
but today i got banned for the following facts:
i was using ss in pk.
i killed someone without any armour on.
herefor i have some explainations:
i play this game sicne friday and ive never went on pking, when i saw some1 trying to lure i thought lets antilure him. there was a guy using ss with range and i got mage with me so i tryed to freeze him. i ended up not killing this player!!!.
and second a guy that just died ran back to the spot where he died so i thought maybe he picked up his stuf and thats why i killed him. immidiently after this i got banned and there is no one that can solve this problem for me.

i hope i can play again soon,

Simmer down showed me a picture of you killing him with Nothing on or in his invy and you were using Soul Split and Magic. two bannable reason's
Even though it wasnt me who banned you.. lol..

but i am new to pking and i thought he had armour in his invtory. otherwise it would unfair if i may not attack if he really had. then he just would get away. and because i saw some1 using ss i thought it was allowed. and now i find out he was using range(mage gliched). i hope i can get unbanned. btw i know what i did wrong and i wont do it again.
